Joe Abrams is the Co-founder of MySpace. He began his career as an entrepreneur in the early 1980s with The Software Toolworks, a personal computer entertainment and educational software company he co-founded with his cousin. In 1988, the company went public and by 1994 it had grown to over $150 million in revenue. The company was sold to Pearson, PLC, the British based publishing and media company, for $460 million in 1994.
